Delivery 12+ days !!!???

I ordered from OneDayOnly on 07/02/2020, I also paid the same day. It is now 19/02/2020 and my order has not even been shipped yet. I have inquired from them twice already and every time I receive the same automated reply from their customer service department "Your order is at our warehouse, the courier company will contact you directly with a tracking number once your order has been sent." It's been 12 days ????? Horrible service from OneDayOnly !
