Delivered my product to a stranger that cannot be found

I am very dissapointed in the service of OneDayOnly. I ordered a product longer than a month ago. I was patient with the delivery due to backlogging of Christmas and New years and all the public holiday days. When I contacted them the communicated to me that my product has been delivered to someone that was not me and had no consent on receiving my order. On my order progress it still states "supplier dispatch" and the tansport AND the delivery is still "pending". There was no notification that my order was on its way or that it was delivered. No phone call, sms or email.

Now I must go, 2 weeks after supposively being delivered, and search for the person who signed for it, who didn't even fill in his complete ID. No help is offered to me nor is my emails being answered.

I was a regular customer and I will never ever use OneDayOnly again.

I am still without my product that I ordered on the 26th of November and still absolutely no response from them.
