Delivered My Order to the Wrong Address

I am extremely disappointed with OneDayOnly’s service. My order was delivered to the wrong address, to a person who is not me, and at a house that is clearly not mine. I have already sent them proof showing that the delivery photos and location do NOT match my address at all.

Despite this, they keep telling me that the order has been delivered, and I am getting no real feedback on how they plan to fix their mistake. They are not investigating properly, not collecting the parcel from the wrong address, and not offering any solution.

I am still without my order, and OneDayOnly is ignoring the clear evidence I provided.

I want this resolved urgently. They need to take responsibility, retrieve the parcel from the incorrect address, and deliver it to me or refund me in full. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
