Defective item received. No customer service!

Received a defective item, after logging the complaint I received an update requesting photo's of the damaged product. I submitted them and have followed up daily and have not received any feedback. I like the deals one day only offer, but I am very reluctant to use them again.<br> <br> This type of service disgusts me!
