Deceptive product description and customer services unhelpful

I bought an electric toothbrush through OneDayOnly and it showed in the contents of the box that it came with a USB charging cable. On arrival the cable had no use as the toothbrush requires a charging stand. I kept getting the same message back from Ayanda in customer services every time I sent an email saying that this was deceptive. His responses were all ‘you knew what was in the box’. Not the point at all. Poor service ODO!
