Decent items, bad promotions.

The products that I’ve so far received have been delivered quickly and in good condition. However, their customer service is lacking.

One of their current promotions, Spin and Win, states to make a purchase and you can then spin the wheel to have a chance to win vouchers or free delivery. However, my wheel did not appear. After corresponding with their customer service, I was told that the problem was fixed and that the next time I made a purchase, the wheel should appear.

That’s all well and good, but now myself and numerous others have not received spins that were previously promised. I have as of yet failed to receive any response other than that they cannot generate the link, only when a payment has gone through and it happens immediately after. So don’t close your app, pray your internet keeps working, and hope to be able to Spin.
