Damaged, No Feedback on Returns / Replacements

Order #193756 Ordered and item delivered with damaged packaging, assumed all in order and neck massager packed up within 5 days. Numerous emails and shipped back to them with THEIR appointed courier. To date no response and dont think they are interested.
