Customer Service - Going Above and Beyond!

A couple of months ago I ordered two bracelets from OneDayOnly. The products came from an Australian brand and are silver with Swarovski. The one bracelet arrived with a broken clasp. When I inquired about this OneDayOnly immediately sent me a new one and informed me that they would pick up the defect product soon. While waiting my other bracelet started to bronze along the clasp - showing it was a cheap metal used. I complained again and so the customer service told me to keep all three bracelets and refunded me for the one. Although one bracelet doesn't clasp, it does have 21 charms which let's me add and swap with my original two bracelets. They were helpsful and patient the entire time.
