Customer Service benchmark

OneDayOnly's customer service should be the benchmark for Customer service... They are extremely efficient. I have always had fantastic service from them. From ordering goods, delivery, customer queries... Recently I had to return an item as I also received it as a gift. The process was seamless and I was kept in the loop every step of the way.
