Customer return

I have been trying to get hold of someone to return my item within the given return date. It has been an impossible task. No one is getting back to me. It is an expensive item and I would like to credit it, or return for a size that actually fits.

Its been a month, and no one has come back to me. Do they only want to make the sales? Does after sales service not exist anymore?
