Customer of 14 years - exit left

I've been a customer of them for over 14 years...

I've long known to only buy recognised brands from them as they also sell a host of Temu/Shein nonsense that does not last a day even if used correctly.

But now, I've bought Ginologist gin from them that clearly had gone foul... There was a large amount of sediment drifting in the bottles which can only be described as "goo". These things happen, simple return + refund.

Not with OneDayOnly... 3 weeks have past and all I get is emails written by an AI-happy customer service agent who has not authority/interest in resolving the matter.

It's a joke... one less customer... if history repeats (as it does) you will soon be left with none. Hope the staff know what is coming.
