Completely Terrible service!

The supplier One Day Only - had to deliver an item to my apartment of which the address was clearly given when order was placed ,I received an sms stating that it was delivered but after trying to locate my package in the apartment building where I live and more than twenty minutes (most of which I was on hold ) talking to someone at the call center I was told that the location of my package was not to be given because I (The person who paid for it) was not authorized to know where it was. Since I paid for delivery I expected the package to be delivered at my house but was told to drive to my nearest Shoprite to meet the driver half way because other deliveries had to be made,of course I insisted the driver meet me at my house and eventually I got my package but overall I was utterly disappointed with the poor service and will not be shopping on One Day Only again.
