Company does not meet its contractual obligation

My order was placed and paid on 15 December 2014, it was supposed to arrive in 5 days but did not arrive as promised. The items were finally delivered on the 7 th January, 2015 saying the items were out of order but he's a different product. I immediately confirmed that I did not want the different product, which I never chose. If my item is out of order I should be refunded. Mathew Leighton has sent emails that I will be refunded when they get back their product, but they never arrange collection and there is no return address for me to return the goods and they will not give me an address for return. So I'm out of pocket and at their mercy. They have not responded on email, there is no number to call or an address to return the goods.
