Christmas Orders - where is the sense of urgency???

They never seem to get orders out timeously. Very cleverly cover themselves with the whole "could take 5 - 10 days....or longer as we don't hold stock" and making it the suppliers fault that orders take so long to get out, but they should work with their suppliers to understand timelines on getting orders out and include this against each order so customers are better aware of when they may get their order.

At this time of year - ordering an Xmas themed item - one would expect more effort would be put into getting the orders out ASAP to delight customers but no.....11 working days in (excl. weekends and public holiday) and I am still waiting. Ironically my husband ordered something days AFTER I had and got his delivered ON THE PUBLIC HOLIDAY! The order was not just for me but for colleagues as well and now I do not know how I will get theirs to them as I won't be seeing them again until the new year.

Extremely disappointed. This is not the first time we have had issues with orders from ODO and I swore before I would not order from them again but took the chance....and have once again been disappointed. Won't be going back and would definitely advise others before they purchase from them not to expect anything.
