Champion of Chums

On 10 Nov I placed an order at One Day Only (and off course had to pay), subsequently placed another order on 13 Nov. After multiple e-mails about their issue with the supplier and where the order is and is not, I received a message stating my order is ready to be delivered on Friday 27 November (no delivery) and then again Monday 30 November (yet no delivery) and today is the 3rd time I have been informed that the package will be delivered so after 21 days I'm sort of hoping I might get my order today.<br> <br> My problem is that even after I logged a complaint with ODO there was a delayed response and general answer as if automated, and on my second query on Monday 30th I was again given the UTI tracking numbers. Well, I'm sorry but the agreement first off is 5-10 days for delivery and after I have fully paid for the product, I have a reasonable expectation that the product will be delivered to the specified address within the agreed time, if not you are in breach of our agreement. I'm sorry but your service model sucks, you really are champions of chums.
