Cant return faulty item

I purchased a SWAN smoothie maker from onedayonly, the smoothie maker had an issue and completely stopped working. I contacted onedayonly and they said someone would phone me, nobody did. this has been going on for at least 3 months now. Think twice about purchasing items through them
