buying a bargain from one day only could end up costing you

i am utterly disappointed, i need to return goods under warranty, i have mailed them twice as there is no contract number for them. It has been 15 days, but no one has even came back to me. I would not recommend ordering from them. It is no good you buy a bargain, that when it brakes you cannot return
