Buy ******* cheaply that doesn’t sell elsewhere

I have had good response from their customer service. HOWEVER, I feel that they are selling junk at discount prices, which cannot sell elsewhere. I wrote to them yesterday complaining about LDNIO charging cables which were not worth the packing they were sent in, as they did not work. Due to the purchase having been made more than 6 months ago, no records are available. TODAY THE SAME ******* IS FOR SALE AGAIN - talk about devaluing your brand - so disappointing.
