Business Practices leaving much to desire

Terrible business practices.

We bought a product which did not work as advertised. Before sending it back I confirmed with ODO that the product will be replaced and not refunded as we will not get it for the price again.

The product was found to not be working as advertised, but ODO gave us a refund stating that the supplier does not have stock to replace our product.

Not even a week later they have to product on their daily deals. Magically finding stock to sell to customers again.

As a frequent returning customer my confidence is lost in ODO, and I will rather shop elsewhere for reliable service from now on.
