Broken appliance delivered to house. Attempts for replacement or refund ignored

I ordered an ikoo E-styler Gentle Hair Straightener which was delivered to my house in an unsealed package, with obvious signs that the product has been used and repackaged. The straightener had no power and wouldn't switch on. On my request to return the product OneDayOnly's support team told me they would contact the suppliers and after that I never heard from them again. My emails went unanswered and the have no number where you can contact them. So be warned. Don't buy appliances, if it is broken you will not get a refund or replacement.
