Black Friday Gimmick Deals

I am getting the feeling that all the amazing deals on black friday is actually just a marketing gimmick!

I had the awesome deal of R89 for the colour reveal mer**** doll, they delivered a SMALL chelsea doll, queried it waited for about 10 days before they rep**** saying I can keep the item and they will refund me.

I got the amazing deal for the lego, which was suppose to be a birthday gift for this past Saturday, which I had to go get an alternative for because it took them over 2.5 weeks just to tell me I am NOT going to get this?!?!?!

I will be refunded as the packaging/box of the item is damaged?? A refund is NO LONGER an acceptable outcome!

All the other items I ordered at "normal" price got here in time and in good conditions, but all these black friday "specials" seems to be to good to be real and that is FALSE advertising
