BEWARE - ONEDAYDEALS

Recently bought a product online via credit card, on OneDayOnly portal. Received an email the next day to say that the purchase was canceled due to nonpayment. My transaction report shows that the transaction DID go through.

To get contact details to follow up and engage with OndDayOnly is extremely hard to find.

I am not told that due to my nonpayment that the purchase was canceled, and that my money would be returned to me depending on my banking institution's rules.

TAKE CARE - purchases are canceled without cause and you have to wait for - how long for your refund.
