Beware- Frustrating and *********** Customer Service -

Onedayonly's customer service is either collectively *********** or simply do not care. I did not receive some of the items in my order and so I logged this with their team. For weeks their team has "attempted to assist" but completely ignore my follow up emails. I have even been asked to submit images as support for ITEMS THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE!!. I have logged 2 tickets and still they are unable to resolve this. This has been going on for weeks. At this point I just want my refund so that I do not have to deal with their incompetence.
