Best, fastest customer service EVER!!!

Wow, what great customer service I've received from One Day Only. I bought a pressure cooker from them earlier this year, and unfortunately something malfunctioned. I then filled in the form on the website and within a few moments I was contacted.

The communication was absolutely fantastic. They moved fast to collect my unit and send it to the supplier, gave me regular updates without me having to follow up and completely handled everything in such a quick, professional manner.

I am seriously impressed, service like this is not easy to find in this day and age. Keep it up One Day Only. And I hope you praise every single person in your Customer Service department - they are absolute troopers!
