i have bought 2x pair of boots on the 7th April 2020.I have been sending chasing emails.I have been only getting automated response only with ticket number that never actioned#881687 order no *** R2,817

what is frustrating more when I check the status in my account is showing dispatched but i never received my order.No customer service line to call,its just receive cold automated emails from Onedayonly

please assist me i dont knw wht to do anymore regards nondumiso ***
