Been waiting for delivery for a month

<p>I realise that it's the festive season, but I seriously don't know why it's taking so long for you guys to deliver. I placed my order on 6 December, and payment was verified within the hour. I logged a ticket on the 20th, and Nik said that my delivery was scheduled for late that week. </p> <p> </p> <p>I still have not received any details regarding my order. I've rep**** on the existing ticket, and I've not received feedback. I've logged a second ticket (#225042). </p> <p> </p> <p>I needed these items this month. I thought that placing the order within the first week of December would be more than enough time. I doubt I'll ever buy anything from you guys again. Completely unreliable. </p>
