Bag customer service

I ordered Libbey balloon gin glasses, pack of 6 and only received 4. The package were closed with a extra blue tape indicating that it were opened. The 4 that I received were loose packed (no bubble wrap) and contained chips of broken glass. After two weeks One Day Only did not even reply on one of the many emails I send them and there is no phone number for any extra assistance.
