Bad services 😑

Bought 7 products on the 10th Dec and still awaiitng my products. I have a daily email asking for feedback but to date I have not received any. I have contacted the courier company ans received feedback that they still awaiting for a few more parcels and cant do deluvery until all paercels been shipped from One day only. I have spent over R2000 for products of which was allocated for Christmas gifts, and as a customer, I had to keep begging for feedback. I now need to know if I can be refunded of which is also a problem getting feedback. I am so disappointed and after this experience I don't think I will ever feel confident to purchase from this platform.
