Bad Service - Return Logged

I puchased a 25l Milex Airfryer from OneDayOnly. They were quick to deliver but the product was severly damaged. Return was logged immediately and all pictures provided as requested. A week later and still no refund or collection of damaged goods. One excuse after another and me the customer without a refund or a product. Shocking service!
