BAD SERVICE Order Number *** - Quick to take your money but that is where it ends!

I placed an order on 28 November 2019 and logged my first e-mail query on 11 December 2019. The answer I received was that "Due to Black Friday...", which is completely unacceptable. Today is the 02nd of January 2020, I have logged various other e-mail queries and even queries directly on their website and no response whatsoever.

I have cancelled my e-mail subscription to them and I honestly will pay 3 times the price elsewhere and receive good service vs making use of them again. They are very quick to take your money but their lack of service is shocking.

Ridiculous that one has to resort to measures such as this and probably still will not get any feedback either.
