BAD SERVICE ONEDAYONLY

Purchased a robot vacuum from one day only which worked for a couple of days then ceased working. It took about a month to return it after which I received a mail stating that the manufacturer said there is nothing wrong with it and they couriered it back to me. I then used it again, the first time it worked for an hour before dying, then 30 minutes after which I email OneDayOnly to no avail, no response and today is worked for 10 minutes. It is useless and it is so frustration. They could learn a lot from Takelot, there return process is unflawed.
