Bad service. Not refunding my money

I placed an order in March for products I did not receive one of the products and I was promised a refund. It is now almost July and I have still Not recieved a refund I have emailed numerous times and only receive a generic response. In the mean time they are sitting with R1700 of my money. They have no phone number or hotline one can reach them on. Email is their only form of communication and to be quite frank it’s easier getting a response from the archbishop of Cape Town. I know , because I have emailed him and got a response the very next day!!! I will No longer be buying form OneDayOnly. I would advise anyone purchasing from them to think twice!!
