Bad service for goods not supp**** and no refund received yet

Placed and paid for a big order on 28 November and after I followed up on delivery they informed me on 8 Dec that they cannot supply the order and need to process a refund. After checking a couple of times, they let me know the supplier refunded me on the 22nd December and I now need to follow up with my bank as they have done their part. Worst service I have received in years. Have ordered from them many times before. Will not be ordering from them again...
