Bad service dont buy from platform

I bought product ( switch power station) The item was faulty and I logged a return , it was then collected about 2 weeks later it's now been another 2 weeks and heard nothing from oneday only I have sent emails as there is no phone number or customer service line to call, I even tried going direct to yhe supplier switch and still no joy, the experience after service sales is pathetic, ive been inconvenienced as I bought this product for a specific purpose
