Bad Service

I bought rugs from this online platform only to discover they were both small for the space I wanted them placed. I them immediately - same day of delivery - logged a return. They are not responding to my emails, my calls don't go through. I've even sent them an Instagram message but no one is responding to my query. I'm now stuck with rugs I can't use and there's no one within OneDayOnly I can talk to.
