Bad service

It's actually quite a pity that I have to write this bad review as I am a regular patron of Onedayonly. I have been following up on an order that is now 3 days overdue. I get no response from Onedayonly over the past two days. I just checked the courier's site and someone order the return of my package. I am beyond annoyed!
