Bad service /

I order an item on the website and send an email to after few days asking when my item will be delivered . they say they turn around time is 10 days and still today no msg or tracking number when i item will be deliver.they rely to email take forever.

i would not recommend them to any one and i wonder if i will ever get my item i ordered or refund.
