Bad Service

Hi All<br> <br> I have had such bad experiences with these guys they really don't care. I have purchased items on a few occasions and they always takes so long (more than a month)to deliver and last purchase was broken and they have made very little effort to rectify, I purchased this item at end of December it was delivered end of January and it 8th March I still have a broken unit, and this was a gift for my wife, which I had to go out and find a replacement. I'm not sure if they understand or appreciate the business. Please shop around before purchasing from One Day Only.<br> <br> Regards<br> George McKay
