BAD SERVICE

I placed an order on the 09th of April 2020 for Biscuits, Humidifier and PUMA sneakers, i received the Biscuits around the 18/19th April 2020, i then received the humidifier end of May. When i ask about my sneakers i was first told they will be delivered now i receive an email on Tuesday that they were delivered but no one called me, who were they delivered to? It's been 3 months and 2 days now since i placed my order. I am so angry.
