?? Bad quality or manufacturer fault?

I bought my Milex Rocket blender a month ago. I have been using it a few times a week. This afternoon the bottom rubber part of the cross blade was demolished by the spinning part of the base. I then tried the flat blade attachment and the same thing happened. <br> ***?! My blender is now completely useless!<br> <br> I googled to see if this happened to anyone else and discovered another complaint on Hello Peter. <br> <br> I am not sure if I want a replacement or a refund now...
