Bad Customer Service - Rather buy from Takealot than this company

This is one of the companies with poor customer service company. I have received an incoplete chair without the main part being the base and when trying to exchange or return i am told that they are still checking with warehouse. It has been over 20 days of waiting without any assistnace. They are no longer responding to my emails.
