Bad customer service on delivery of products

I have placed an order on 11 Jan for 3 products. I rReceived confirmation that my order is on its way however only received 2 of the 3 products. No communication from them as to why the other product was not received. There is no contact no so you have to rely on an email which delivers little or no results. I then received an email confirming my order will be delivered on 26 Jan with no apology and then only confirming it is another supplier. 26th have gone and I am still waiting on my delivery which total amount was R1500
