Bad customer service

Bought washing soaps from them and the order was allowed after a month of buying the soap, I was told that they don't have the quantity I ordered. If I knew that they were not going to deliver earlier I would have went somewhere else. Bear in mind this is the second time they could not deliver the soaps. And when I ask questions they don't answer my questions but to say we are sorry for the inconvenience. Why do they take orders if they don't have stock as you can see on the others when they are out of stock they don't take orders.
