Bad customer service

I ordered 2 pairs of crocs and a polo shirt from one day only just after midnight on the 24th of November 2023. I have not received a order number and a week later I started the very tedious job to check with them. They requested a POP, I “grabbed” it from my banking app and sent it to them. The bank advised that if you pay in-app, you cannot print a POP so I paid for a bank statement and sent it to them. I have spoken to 3 agents via email and they insist that I send this POP and not a bank statement. They also want the bank details that I paid into, I have never entered a bank account for the more than 30 times that I have ordered from them and yet I am being asked for information that I don’t have access to. It is hugely frustrating that you cannot call and that you don’t get to deal with one person but with many agents whom I feel do not take the time to read and then investigate.
