Bad Customer Service

I bought an in item on 6 May 2020. Took Two months to took two month to hear from the delivery company only to tell me they can't find the address, even though I can find it with only the street name on google maps. tried calling them but they do not have a contact number. One have to follow an email process that take months to get an issue resolve a simple query
