Bad customer service

So disappointed in OnedayOnly for not responding to my several emails. Wanting to cancel one item before it's being dispatched. I have actually mailed they the same day I placed my order and no help from them. After numerous e-mails they just don't respond. Only mail I received was your order is on its way. ***!!! Now I'm sitting with two of the Sam items. Tried to mail again to return one item and still no respons. The products I received had to be The same but is actually different. Can you believe it.
