Bad customer service

I have ordered shoes and emailed OneDayOnly that it is too big, I have emailed them so many times but no luck with a reply. When I mentioned I am going to share my bad experience on HelloPeter I received an email to say that they are busy when they have time they will attend to my query. OK, so that was 15 July. My 1st purchase and my last....NEVER again.
