Bad Customer service

I purchased Expand Deluxe 180cm Extendible Clothes Drying Rack from [URL Removed] and my order was delivered but was not in good condition. One wheel/leg was missing and I informed \One Day only". See the reply below and since then nothing has been done and no pone has ever contacted me. What makes me angry is that One day only makes it as if I have to deal with the supplier. NO...I bought from one day only therefore they should sort out this mess.
