Bad Customer Service!!

8 Weeks ago I ordered a patio umbrella from One Day Only. The umbrella arrived without the base that was supposed to be included in the package. One Day Only informed me that the base will be sent to me by the supplier. Numerous customer service staff from One Day Only have contacted me via email and given me different delivery dates. To date I have not received the base yet. One Day Only also does not provide a contact number to contact them on, you have to rely on an email which takes time to get a response from them ....... EXTREME FRUSTRATION!
