Bad customer service

<p>I have ordered dog beds through One Day Only. When they arrived, they were about a third the thickness of the dog mattresses advertised. I was told I can return them for a refund. One of the options is via their Pargo partners - for which you have to contact One Day Only to provide more details. I have been unsuccessfully trying for a week to get the details for Pargo so I can return the dog beds. Emails to designated customer service agent go unanswered, as do emails to their online complaints. </p>
